	Lynn Schultz - The Rev. Lynn Schultz was called by First Church in 1989. He grew up in the Midwest, as the oldest of four sons in a parish family, his father serving UCC congregations in Missouri, Indiana, and Illinois. Lynn's undergraduate degree in history and political science was granted from the University of Evansville, Indiana. He received his Master of Divinity, cum laude, from Andover Newton Theological School, Boston, focusing on Hebrew and Biblical Studies. He has received nine units of Clinical Pastoral Education, concluding with a residency in chaplaincy at Hershey Medical Center and the former Pennsylvania Crippled Children's Hospital & Trauma Center. Lynn's primary responsibilities at First UCC include pastoral care, worship, and Bible studies. Lynn is married to Karen and they have six children: Marc, Joshua, Ellen, Emily, Sarah, and Elisabeth. 	Monica Ouellette - The Rev. Monica Ouellette was called to First UCC in 2005.  She moved here from Lincoln, Rhode Island.  She spent her childhood in Atlanta, GA and her teen years in Newport, RI.  She has an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from Rhode Island College and a Masters of Divinity degree from Andover Newton Theological School in Boston, MA.  Monica’s responsibilities at First UCC include sharing worship leadership with Lynn, Children and Youth Ministries, Women’s Bible Study and the Prayer Shawl Ministry.  She is also the equipping pastor for the Christian Education Council, Church and Community Out! reach Council, Christian Caring Council and the Evangelism Council.   In her spare time she loves to quilt and read.  Monica has four children: Helen, Celina, Ernest and Thomas and a grandson, Matthew.
